Cancelation Policy

All reservations require a deposit, within 24-hours of the reservation, to confirm the reservation.  Deposits range from $2000 ($1000 per person) for Private Rooms, to $6000 for each 3-Bedroom Accommodation.  The balance of the package fee is due 120 days prior to your arrival at Talon Lodge. 
 

Reservation deposits and all monies paid toward your trip are only refundable, less a 10% cancelation fee, when the reservation is re-booked. Reservation cancelations are non-refundable within 120-days of the arrival date.
 

How to receive a refund due to a cancelation:  Deposits are returned, less a 10% cancelation fee, once a reservation is rebooked. All Deposits and Monies received are non-refundable if we cannot rebook your vacancy.
 

If we are able to rebook the vacancy, produced by a cancelation, then a 10% fee will be assessed against all monies received for the specific cancelation.
 

The term "Cancelation" refers to any reservation that is canceled, at the guest's request, due to any circumstance, including events that may or may not be under the control of the guest holding the reservation.

Talon Lodge is not responsible for Airline Schedules, Cruise Ship Schedules or any other travel disruption that may prohibit the arrival of a guest on their package date.
 

Trip Insurance
 

Because we recognize that health issues may arise, we strongly recommend Trip Insurance. Specifically, we recommend Travel Guard Insurance. Coverage includes emergency care, including medivac flights from the lodge to a hospital, and liberal trip cancellation insurance. For more information, contact Travel Guard Insurance at 1-800-826-5248. Most travel insurance policies have to be purchased within 14 days of deposit payment. If you have paid your deposit beyond the 14-day window, trip insurance may still be available to you at a higher rate.
