We’ve had an exciting and action-packed summer at Talon Lodge & Spa. From thrilling Saltwater and Freshwater Alaska fishing trips to being featured on national television, 2024 has truly been a year to remember for us and our guests.
Exceptional Fishing Experiences
At Talon Lodge, the fishing has been nothing short of spectacular this year. Our guests have enjoyed incredible catches of king salmon and halibut, making for some unforgettable Alaska fishing experiences. The Spring steelhead season, spanning from May to early June, was particularly action-packed, with plenty of excitement for our anglers. The pristine waters surrounding our lodge offer some of the best fishing in Alaska, and this season has been no exception.
National Recognition
We’re proud to announce that Talon Lodge was recognized as one of America’s luxury hunting and fishing lodges by Fox Nation. We were featured on their streaming TV show “Luxury Hunting Lodges of America,” hosted by the renowned Katie Pavlich. This recognition is a testament to the exceptional experiences we offer our guests and our commitment to providing top-notch service and amenities.
Food, Fun, and Laughter
Of course, our summer wasn’t just about fishing and TV features. At Talon Lodge, we believe in creating an extraordinary experience for our guests. This includes not only the thrill of the catch but also the joy of great food, fun activities, and lots of laughter. Our culinary team has outdone themselves this year, serving up delicious meals that perfectly complement the day’s adventures.
If that wasn’t enough, Visiting Chef Matt Carter and Visiting Chef Joshua Drage entertained our guests with culinary creations from Arizona and Montana.
From gourmet dinners to our Beach Bar food demonstrations, the food at Talon Lodge has been a highlight for all our guests.
