The Adventure Begins

Talon Lodge is set on our private island offering spectacular views of Mt. Edgecumbe, the Sitka shoreline, and the magnificent scenery of Alaska’s Inside Passage. The main lodge offers Southeast Alaska's most stunning view. The lodge is equipped with a full gourmet kitchen that serves as the main dining hall. Our luxury fishing lodge accommodations offer private rooms for two or accommodations for up to six guests. We designed our guest rooms to accommodate groups of varying size. All accommodations are designed for double occupancy.  

Once you arrive in Sitka for your Alaska Fishing Trip, we’ll take it from there. We’ll meet you at Rocky Gutierrez International Airport and transport you to our Private Island, a mere 5 minute drive and 10-minute boat trip away. Once you’re settled into your accommodations, you’ll find that we’ve thought of everything. One of our comfortable charter fishing boats, well stocked with tackle, bait, lures, rain gear and a special lunch, will be waiting and ready for you the next morning.  

With the aid of our experienced guides, your Alaska fishing trip will start somewhere around 7 a.m. (no need to get up at the crack of dawn, the fish will still be there) to 4:30 p.m. each day. You will then return to the lodge for a gourmet dinner which may include Grilled Salmon and Dungeness Crab Bisque, prepared with freshly caught ingredients and our own local flair. Just when you think nothing could compare to the day’s fishing and your gourmet feast, you step out onto the deck and take in a view of the Alaskan wilderness that surpasses anything you’ve ever seen.
